The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive at your destination from the day you order, but can take longer from time to time due to high demand.
After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to high demand, the shipping can be delayed but your order is important for us, so we’ll package your items as soon as we receive your payment.
If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item. We accept returns up to 30-day days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
